A hardy succulent herb known for producing tiny plantlets along its leaf edges that root readily when they touch soil. Used in traditional home remedies and needs very little water once established. Its tubular flowers are visited by sunbirds and bees for nectar, and its thick ground cover offers shelter for small insects, adding structural diversity to a garden even though it isn't a primary butterfly host plant.
